General Terms of Sale
- Premier Paving warrant all products are true to industry standards, no other warranty expressed or implied is given and in no way will Premier Paving be liable for more than the invoice value at the time of purchase.
- Premier Paving reserve the right to amend prices due to exchange rate fluctuations.
- The goods remain the sole property of Premier Paving until full payment has been made.
- The payment types we accept are; PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.
- If your order has shortages or contains damaged items you must notify us in writing (via email) within 3 business days so that we can investigate and take remedial action. Failure to do so will deem those goods as being accepted.
- If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received for any reason other than those stated in Clause 5, you must notify us in writing (via email) within 3 business days. Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging and still in as sold condition. The customer is responsible for arranging the return at their own cost and ensuring that the product is packed appropriately for transit. We can only accept the return of full packs. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns.
Delivery
- Delivery is to roadside.
- We only deliver to properties in Essex. All other orders must be collected by the customer from our site in Norton Heath.
